The lifting motor, drum device, and reducer are arranged in series, with a circular or square appearance, and have vertical lifting and operation functions. The lifting speed is divided into single speed or double speed. The dual speed type is based on the single speed type and adds a set of slow drive devices consisting of a slow motor and a reducer, with a speed ratio of 10:1 to the fast speed. When the fast motor is working, the slow drive device does not move, and the electric hoist rises and falls quickly. When the slow motor is working, the main lifting motor's conical rotor is driven to rotate by the slow drive device, and the electric hoist is slowly lifted and lowered.
The universal copper wire rope electric front hoist adopts the classic Li type Shenlian structure, in which the motor and the track reducing machine are arranged on the Yijian side. The motor transmits power to the track forming machine through a transmission shaft set high inside the Yigang installation surface, and the track reducing machines output a verified and healthy dynamic simple to achieve the control of the steel wire rope.
Electric hoists are divided into CD1 type and MD1 type according to single and double speed; According to the clearance type, it is divided into standard clearance type and low clearance type; According to walking performance, it can be divided into operational and fixed types.
Electric hoists can be adapted to fixed tracks, electric single beam cranes, electric suspension cranes, hoist gantry cranes, and hoist double beam cranes, and have a wide range of applications.
