Description
Universal gantry crane is a heavy lifting equipment widely used in outdoor freight yards, warehouses, ports, railway freight stations and other places. It has the characteristics of large span, wide lifting capacity range, and flexible operation.
The retrieval device can be a hook, grab bucket, or lifting electromagnet (electromagnetic suction cup), or two or three of them can be used simultaneously. Its structure consists of a gantry, a lifting trolley, a large vehicle operating mechanism, an electrical control system, a windproof device, a ladder platform, etc.
1. Main technical parameters
1.1. Lifting capacity:
Standard range: 5-900 tons (larger tonnage can be customized according to demand).
Graded design: Combination of main hook (main lifting) and auxiliary hook (auxiliary lifting) to adapt to complex working conditions.
1.2 Span (L): Typically ranging from 10 to 100 meters, the mid span or cantilever design can expand the operating range.
1.3. Lifting height (H):
Normal height: 6-30 meters (adjusted according to the type of lifting equipment).
Special requirements: Higher lifting height can be customized.
1.4. Job level:
According to usage frequency and load status, it is divided into A1~A8 levels (A3 level is suitable for general loading and unloading, A6/A7 is suitable for frequent overloading).
1.5 Operating speed:
Large vehicle travel: 20-40 m/min (frequency conversion speed regulation achieves smooth start stop).
Small car travel: 10-30 m/min.
Lifting speed: 1-15 m/min (low speed for heavy load, high speed for light load).
2. Operation and Control
2.1 Operation method:
Cab control: equipped with a linkage console or touch screen, with a wide field of view, suitable for long-term operations.
Ground remote control: wireless remote control operation, flexible and safe, suitable for dangerous or complex environments.
Automated control: It can integrate PLC and sensors to achieve precise positioning, automatic obstacle avoidance, and other functions.
Power supply: sliding contact line power supply or cable reel power supply, suitable for different site layouts.
3. Safety protection device
3.1 Multiple limit protection: lifting height limit, travel limit, anti-collision device.
3.2 Overload protection: The overload sensor monitors the load in real time and automatically cuts off the operation when overloaded.
3.3 Windproof and anti-skid system:
Rail clamp, anchoring device, wind speed alarm (suitable for high wind conditions in outdoor environments).
