Description
The casting crane is the main equipment in the steelmaking and continuous casting process, mainly used for feeding materials to the converter and pouring molten iron across the converter; Lift the steel ladle to the refining furnace at the refining span or lift the steel ladle to the continuous casting ladle turntable at the steel receiving span.
In terms of overall structure, casting cranes can be divided into five categories: four beam four rail double small car models, four beam six rail double small car models, double beam double track single small car models, double beam four rail double small car models, and double beam double track mother and child small car models.
The composition of casting cranes is mainly divided into integral large reduction gear models, independent large reduction gear models, triple reduction gear models, double reduction gear double drum models, double reduction gear single drum models, and planetary reduction gear models (which can also be divided into various forms) according to the structural form of the main lifting reducer.
The crane is equipped with a dedicated electronic scale, and there are obvious display devices in the cab and on the bridge.
