Warmly Welcome Leaders from Henan Enterprise Association to Visit Dafang for Investigation and Guidance

On the morning of January 16, Wang Long, Vice President and Secretary-General of Henan Private Enterprise Association, led a delegation to visit Dafang for investigation and guidance. Hu Xu, Chairman of Dafang Holding Group, Wang Xiaoming, Deputy General Manager of Dafang Heavy Machinery, and other executives accompanied the reception.

The delegation successively visited Dafang’s Party Building Exhibition Hall, Technical Testing Center, Technology Experience Center and production workshops, gaining a detailed understanding of the company’s production and operation.

At the symposium, Hu Xu warmly welcomed the delegation and introduced Dafang’s development achievements in recent years. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on the current situation, existing bottlenecks and future development trends of the crane and steel structure industry.
Wang Long spoke highly of Dafang’s overall operation. He stated that the association will continue to serve as a bridge and link, effectively conveying policies, connecting resources and building platforms. It will promote the integration of Party building with corporate culture, and the integration of traditional culture with Western management practices.
Guided by the vision of “A Better Enterprise, A Better Culture”, the association will encourage employees to pursue integrity and virtue, and build a shared business school for joint talent cultivation. He encouraged Dafang to lead the industrial chain and contribute to the high-quality development of the private economy in Henan Province.
